Like most people we don’t sell a house very often so we rarely engage the services of a real estate agent. This was our third ever experience with an agent and it was far and away the best experience we have had. Our journey with Damien started when he called around to view our property, gain a few details about us and provided us some advice. A couple of days later we met again where he discussed what he had to offer as an agent (and he lived up to every single commitment), his impressions of our property, what the market was doing and the advantages / disadvantages our home would likely encounter. His market comparison was detailed and informative (and looking back very accurate) and he took the time to explain it all. We asked him a few difficult questions particularly around how he would engage sellers and sell the benefits of our home over other houses on the market. His answers were immediate, thoughtful, genuine and made complete sense – no waffle. Even though he had only spent a short time in our house his knowledge of it and how it compared to what was out there was incredible. We decided to go with him as our agent and he never gave us reason to ever regret that decision – on the contrary every contact just reinforced to us that our property was in the best hands. He was always contactable after hours, listened to and addressed our concerns and achieved a great outcome for us. We could not recommend Damien highly enough- we will certainly be returning clients in the future.
